Attendee).
Purpose: To send you recurring marketing newsletters, waitlist updates, and notifications regarding the launch of the Revelti application.

Technical & Server Data: IP addresses, User-Agent strings (browser/OS), and access
timestamps.
Purpose: Security, web server infrastructure monitoring, and protection against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to maintain the security and integrity of the website. -
Analytics Data: Pageviews, referral sources, clicks, and role selections.
Purpose: To understand user interactions and improve the website.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
We share your data with the following third-party service providers, acting as Data Processors:
- Brevo: Used for managing the mailing list and sending newsletters. Data is stored within the European Union (France, Germany, Belgium).
- PostHog: Used for website analytics in cookie-less mode. Data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Render: Used for website hosting and global Content Delivery Network (CDN) distribution.
3. International Data Transfers
Because Render operates a global CDN infrastructure, your technical data (IP addresses and access logs) may be routed or processed on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms defined by the provider to comply with GDPR requirements.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use cookies. We use localStorage strictly to save your functional UI
language preference (revelti_lang). Because this does not track individual identities across the
web and is strictly necessary for the user interface preference, a cookie consent banner is not required.
Analytics are conducted via PostHog in a cookie-less configuration.
5. Data Retention
Your email address and selected role will be retained until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or until the marketing purpose ceases to exist. Technical and analytics logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and performance purposes.
